Our Mobile Network Video Recorder (MNVR) is a rugged, intelligent onboard recording solution designed for continuous video surveillance in railway environments. It seamlessly integrates multiple cameras across the train—including front and rear views, passenger compartments, door areas, and driver cabins—to provide centralized video recording, real-time monitoring, and secure data storage. Built for high reliability and remote accessibility, the MNVR enhances operational safety, simplifies incident investigation, and enables efficient fleet-wide surveillance management.

Passenger Address and Information System (PAPIS)

PAPIS is a single onboard computing platform that unifies every passenger-facing and cabin system on a modern trainset.Purpose-built for Vande Bharat and LHB rakes, the PAPIS unit drives infotainment and route map displays, manages public address and emergency talkback, monitors saloon temperature and humidity, integrates automatic passenger counting, and mirrors live train data to the driver's cab.

Standard interfaces let a single unit replace multiple standalone controllers:

  • USB for automatic passenger counting sensors
  • PoE for IP intercoms and PA amplifiers

Industrial PC's

The Revolution Pi Industrial PC (RevPi) is a modular, open and industrial-grade computing platform based on Raspberry Pi architecture, designed for automation, control, and edge computing applications in accordance with relevant industrial and railway environmental and EMC standards. It provides a ruggedized hardware platform with DIN-rail mounting, extended temperature operation, and support for industrial I/O modules, enabling reliable real-time data acquisition, processing, and communication with field devices. The system supports standard industrial protocols such as Modbus TCP/RTU, PROFINET (via gateways/modules), and OPC UA, making it suitable for integration with PLCs, SCADA systems, and condition monitoring solutions. With Linux-based open software architecture, remote management capabilities, and flexible expandability, the RevPi platform is widely used for IoT gateways, predictive maintenance, edge analytics, and auxiliary control applications in industrial and railway environments.
